John E. O’Shea (Board Chair) is President of JCJ Energy. Formerly, he was CEO of Navigator Energy Services, a Permian Basin crude oil transportation, gathering and storage company, from 2014 until its sale to NuStar in 2017. He also served as Interim President and CEO of the Cristo Rey Network in 2014. With 30 years of experience developing, acquiring, and operating growth businesses in the oil and natural gas midstream sectors, Mr. O’Shea was previously the Managing Director at Tenaska Capital Management (TCM). From 2012-2013 he served as an Operating Partner with Denham Capital Management LP including CEO of Tradition Midstream. He was also President and co-founder of Millennium Midstream Partners. Mr. O’Shea held several business development, acquisitions and operations positions over 12 years with Dynegy, Inc. in its domestic and international pipeline and processing businesses.

He graduated from Louisiana Tech University with a B.S. in petroleum engineering and the University of Texas with an M.B.A.
