To propel the highest quality teaching, learning, and academic leadership, the Leading and Learning team engages academic teams in robust professional development offerings that ensure appropriate rigor and promote student engagement, retention, and success.

To ensure professional and skilled development for all students nation-wide through corporate partnerships, the CWS team equips school leaders with resources to drive job sales and renewals as well as streamline program operations for an impactful local Corporate Work Study program.

The Growth Team leads the development of new Cristo Rey schools, as well as the continual improvement of student recruitment practices at existing schools to ensure each campus achieves full enrollment.

Our College Initiatives team leads a network-wide systematic, results-based approach to college success that includes University Partnerships as well as robust match, access, and support services to ensure students complete a postsecondary degree.

To strengthen our collective efficacy and performance, the Mission Integration team supports exceptional delivery of professional development, innovative technology solutions, and data collection and analysis.

Our cross functional Advancement team propels a growing philanthropic platform, leads network-wide branding and communications, manages a competitive school grants and college scholarship program, as well as fosters community and connection among our alumni and partners.
