Darren Jackson most recently served as Chief Executive Officer of Advance Auto Parts, Inc, a position he held from January 2008 to January 2016. Mr. Jackson originally joined Advance Auto Parts as a member of the Board in July 2004. Mr. Jackson also served as President of the company from January 2008 to January 2009 and from January 2012 to April 2013. 

Previously, Mr. Jackson served in various executive positions with Best Buy Co., Inc., Nordstrom, Inc., and Carson Pirie Scott & Company, a regional department store company. Mr. Jackson joined the Marquette University Board of Directors in 2004, serving as Vice Chair from 2006-2009, and Chairman from 2009-2012. He served on the Cristo Rey Network Board from 2004-2007 and from 2018-2023, and also served on the Board of Cristo Rey Jesuit – Twin Cities.
