Halle Martin is the President and Chief Operating Officer of The Howley Foundation, where she leads initiatives to provide educational opportunities to students with economic need. The Howley Foundation is a significant supporter of several Cristo Rey Network growth and academic initiatives.  Previously, Ms. Martin was the General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer and Secretary of TransDigm Group Incorporated, an NYSE-listed aerospace and defense components manufacturer.

Ms. Martin earned her Juris Doctor from Case Western Reserve University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Michigan.
