James O'Sullivan

Mr. O’Sullivan serves the Chairman and principal shareholder in Metal Parts and Equipment, a company he joined following his time in the Army, along with Bremer Manufacturing. He has also served as Chairman and principal shareholder of Canton Drop Forge in Ohio, and Motor Castings in Wisconsin, which have both been sold.

Mr. O’Sullivan is on the Advisory Board of Catholic Charities, serves as a member of Lumen Cordium. Previously, he has also served as President of a Parochial School Board, President of the Snowmass (CO) Resort Association, as well as President of Gray Iron Founders Society trade association.

Jim is a graduate of Loyola Academy, and holds a BA from Notre Dame in the General Program of Liberal Education (the Great Books Program), an MBA from Northwestern with a Major in Finance, as well as a JD from Loyola University. Jim is still a Licensed Attorney in Illinois. He and his high school sweetheart, Sharon O’Sullivan nee Hale, were married for 64 years upon her passing this past March. They shared three children together, James J. O’Sullivan, III, Susan (Jim) Brandt, and Tim O’Sullivan. He currently lives in Winnetka, Illinois, and attend Saints Faith, Hope and Charity parish.
