Kip is a highly experienced financial executive who served over 20 years as the CFO and
BOD member for Allflex Holdings, Inc., an international manufacturing and technology
conglomerate headquartered in Dallas, Texas and Paris, France. Furthermore, Kip is actively involved in the financial sector as he chairs the Executive Committee for Texas Security Bank’s Board of Directors.

In addition to his corporate responsibilities, Kip is deeply committed to the Dallas
community's Catholic education system. Since 2016, he has volunteered at Cristo Rey
Dallas High School, holding roles ranging from Director of Finance to CFO and
Financial Advisor.
He also currently serves St. Philip & St. Augustine Catholic Academy as a member of the Executive Committee and chair of the Finance Committee of the Board of Directors. Additionally, he serves on the Audit Committee for the Foundation Board of Jesuit College Preparatory School. His past service includes the Ursuline Academy Foundation Board, where he served as the Finance Committee Chair, and Chairman of the St. Patrick Catholic School Board.
Kip and his wife, Cecilia, are lifelong Dallas residents. They have four children all of whom benefitted from Catholic education at St Patrick Catholic School, Jesuit, and Ursuline.
