Michael earned his BS in Business Administration and MA in Sports Management from the University of San Francisco. He is currently pursuing his Doctorate of Education (Ed.D.) in Organization and Leadership at USF. As the Assistant Dean for Retention and Persistence Programs at USF, he provides effective, efficient, and strength-based tailored assistance to students on campus. In addition, he is engaged with First Graduate, a San Francisco based college access program that helps students complete high school and become the first in their families to graduate from college. Michael served as Adjunct Instructor at USF for six years and received the Faculty Mentor of the Year Award from USF in 2019.
