Sr. Maryalyce Gilfeather, SNDdeN is President of Notre Dame Cristo Rey High School in Methuen, MA. Engaged in the founding of Notre Dame Cristo Rey, Sr. Maryalyce was Vice President of Administrative Services and then Director of the Corporate Work Study Program before being named President in 2015. Prior, she served on the Sisters of Notre Dame de Namur Ipswich Province Leadership Team and was responsible for extensive ministry needs, including four community owned and sponsored schools.

For ten years Sr. Maryalyce worked at Boston College, first as an Adjunct Professor, followed by her appointment as Assistant Dean of Students for the School of Education.

Sr. Maryalyce’s life journey led her to enter religious life in 1971 as a Sister of Notre Dame de Namur. She has enjoyed the privilege of serving God’s people in many different educational ministries and positions - from teaching to administration, from first graders through college graduates.

Sr. Maryalyce has a Masters of Education and Ph.D. from Boston College.
