Manager, Corporate Work Study

Position Summary

The Cristo Rey Network seeks a Manager of Corporate Work Study who will be a part of our national Corporate Work Study Program(CWSP). The Manager of Corporate Work Study is responsible for working collaboratively with the team and cross-functionally with national office staff and our national network of schools to ensure programming is delivered with excellence. This individual will report directly to the VP, Corporate Work Study and will be accountable for ensuring exceptional work product is delivered for 125+ Corporate Work Study Managers & Coordinators across the country. This position is located in Chicago.

What You’ll Do

• Ensure program deliverables are executed with excellence
• Research and data analysis to support project goals
• Create and manage project timelines
• Collaborate with national staff to ensure CWSP materials include most recent data and information

School Liaison

• Work with school CWSP teams to gather data
• Write communications on behalf of the national CWSP for internal distribution
• Assist schools in resolving questions with program resources, Salesforce and information location on our intranet

Communication

• Daily monitoring and regular engagement of Workplace, our internal social platform
• Work with communications teams to coordinate and elevate internal and external messaging
• Update and refine, the CWSP Portal which contains guidance and resources for CWSP teams in schools

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Alignment with the Cristo Rey mission
• 2+-years demonstrated project management experience
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• 1+ years of analyzing & summarizing data 
• Salesforce user experience preferred
• Strong Powerpoint or Google Slide skills preferred
• Proficiency with Google office products
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly growing entrepreneurial organization
• Ability to travel to Cristo Rey Network schools and Cristo Rey Network meetings 10% of the time
