The Cristo Rey Network is proud to announce the addition of three new University Partners: Hollins University, University of Redlands, and Washington University in St. Louis (WashU). These institutions are committed to educating and supporting Cristo Rey students as they embark on their college journey and complete their Bachelor’s degrees.
“As part of our ongoing efforts to expand University Partnerships, we are proud to cultivate diverse and impactful opportunities for students through collaborations with higher ed institutions across the country,” said Sonya Ramirez, Cristo Rey Network Director of University Partners. “These partnerships are designed to support Cristo Rey Network students with access to transformative experiences that support their growth and future success.”
Hollins University, located in Roanoke, Virginia, is a liberal arts college focused on leadership development and academic excellence. As one of the few remaining women’s institutions in the United States, the University has an expressed emphasis on women empowerment. Young women flourish within Hollins’ dynamic environment on campus.
The University of Redlands, located in Redlands, CA, is known for its strong academic programs, commitment to community service, and emphasis on ethical leadership. With its Center for Community Engagement and opportunities for global outreach, the University of Redlands is mission-aligned.
Finally, WashU, a private university located in St. Louis, Missouri is widely regarded as a top university for its rigorous academics, outstanding faculty, and strong emphasis on research. With a focus on forming leaders dedicated to making a positive impact, the university is committed to provide a dynamic and supportive environment where students can grow and learn to think critically.
As Cristo Rey Network University Partners, these institutions join a group of 70 institutions committed to supporting Cristo Rey students as they strive to complete their Bachelor’s degree.
