In our Full Circle Series, we highlight Cristo Rey graduates currently employed for their former Corporate Work Study partners.

For Doryaun Harvey, the Corporate Work Study Program taught him responsibility, self-awareness, and independence. Additionally, it led him to his first full-time position after college. A 2014 graduate of Providence Cristo Rey in Indianapolis, Doryaun currently works as an IT Helpdesk Technician for Shiel Sexton, the same company he worked with during high school.

"Cristo Rey made it their mission that I got accepted into college and had work experience. Without their guidance, I wouldn't be working at Shiel Sexton today."

Doryaun interned with Shiel Sexton while attending Franklin College, where he graduated with a degree in software engineering. During college, Doryaun was voted a Top 10 Senior and received recognition for his exceptional volunteerism, most notably with the Christamore House Family & Community Center in Indianapolis.

His advice to Cristo Rey students: "Take advantage of college visits, utilize your guidance counselor, believe and trust in yourself, and stay open-minded."
