Today, the Cristo Rey Network announced the ten Cristo Rey schools that will participate in the second cohort of the Executive Leadership Development Program, designed and delivered by the University of Notre Dame Mendoza College of Business, Stayer Center for Executive Education.

Selected schools include:

Cristo Rey Jesuit High School (Baltimore)
Holy Family Cristo Rey High School (Birmingham)
Cristo Rey Boston High School
Cristo Rey Columbus High School
Cristo Rey Dallas College Prep
Cristo Rey Kansas City High School
Cristo Rey Miami High School
Cristo Rey San Diego High School

The program focuses on three broad leadership areas: Personal Leadership Development; Team Effectiveness; and Functional Areas of Leadership (Finance, Marketing, Strategy, etc). Participating schools commit to full engagement in a two-summer sequence of learning (one week in July 2020, one week in July 2021), followed by each school team's implementation of their school action plan, with the support of executive education professors and the Cristo Rey Network national office.

Cohort I, comprised of seven Cristo Rey schools, will gather in South Bend, IN in June 2020 for the second week of their professional development.

Our partnership with Mendoza College of Business is funded by generous Cristo Rey Network national office investors including the Wilson Sheehan Foundation and Emil and Maureen Brolick, with in-kind support from the University of Notre Dame.
